As a club member, you’ll be first to taste limited production wines and perennial favorites at the highest discount we offer. The club name, Phenology, is a nod to our owner-winemakers’ involvement in wine education—Paul as a professor of viticulture and winemaking at Finger Lakes Community College and Shannon as a Wine & Spirit Education Trust certified educator. Phenology is a branch of science that studies the relationship between climate, weather and periodic biological phenomena.  Our club members, “phenologists,” are keenly interested in learning how the growing conditions of each vintage affect our wines.
