Our Silver Thread Riesling Experts were tasked with suggesting an appetizer recipe that would pair well with Riesling. We provided one of our own – the Chevre & Honey Appetizer at the bottom of the Extra Credit Recipes sheet – that folks were encouraged to make for our first class. And we have suggested recipes for the other two classes this time around (which can be viewed if you check out these Winemaker’s Notes). Food and wine obviously go hand in hand, and we always say that the right combo can make both wine AND food shine!
