2 T. unsalted butter
1 lemon, sliced into thin rounds
Salt and pepper to taste
4 sprigs fresh dill

Top each fillet with 1 T. of butter, a few slices of lemon and 2 sprigs of dill. Fold and tightly seal packets. Place in a shallow baking pan. Bake 20 min. or until salmon is thoroughly cooked to 145 degrees F. Use an instant-read thermometer to check the temperature by poking it through the foil and into the center of the fillet. Remove from oven and let stand 5 min. before opening foil.
