Late Harvest Cheese Plate- pairs with Riesling Late Harvest Select or Semi-dry Riesling Adapted from Williams-Sonoma.com Serves 4-6 6 to 8 ounces semisoft blue-veined cheese, such as Montbriac (France) or Lively Run Cayuga Blue (Finger Lakes) 2 hours prior to serving, unwrap cheese and bring to room temperature.
