2023 Winter Wine & Food Pairing
Join us February 17th – 18th for our 2023 Winter Wine & Food Pairing! Held in our VIP Wine Cellar Tasting Room, Shannon and Paul will be guiding you through this flight of both new release and library wines – including a sparkling wine comparison – which will be paired with a selection of three bite-sized appetizers created by Chef Jeremy Personius of Stonecat Cafe. There will be four time slots offered each day – noon, 1:15, 2:30, and 3:45 – and the experience itself will last around an hour. Reservations are required, and space is limited.
Tickets are $40 each.
Club members: your tickets are $25 each, and your February Club Packs will be available for pickup at the event.
Menu: Roasted root vegetable dressing over local salad greens with candied pepitas & dried cherries; chilled bratwurst sausage with peach chutney & gluten-free crackers; red beet tartare with celery root & rosemary puree, and garnished with cured egg yolk. *If you have dietary restrictions, make a note in the “order notes” section when you order your tickets.*
Cancellation Policy: Reservations are fully refundable up to 24 hours in advance. Please let us know if you need to cancel your reservation so that we may admit guests from the waiting list.
Inclement Weather Policy: If severe winter weather makes cancellation of this event necessary, we will contact you by phone at least 24 hours in advance and a full refund will be issued.
