2024 Winter Wine & Food Pairing: Blind Tasting!
February 23 & 24, 2024; seatings at 12, 2 and 4 each day.
Challenge your tastebuds with a blind tasting flight! Evaluate and pair a flight of two whites and two reds that will be served BLIND in our VIP Tasting Room. Our owner-winemakers, Paul & Shannon Brock, will guide you through techniques to help you identify the wines. You’ll also pair them with two delicious appetizers. Also, enjoy our newly-bottled 2023 Dry Rose and Dry Riesling paired with an appetizer in the upstairs Tasting Room. You don’t want to miss this unique and delectable experience!
We will again be partnering with Stonecat Cafe, so you know the food will be just as tasty as the wines! Chef Jeremy Personius has prepared the following menu, with vegetarian and/or gluten-free options available:
– Roasted parsnip and carrot goat cheese balls coated with chopped dried cherries and pepitas
– Stromboli stuffed with spiced lamb, beef and feta cheese served with smoked tomato coulis
– Smoked celery root and Brussels sprout dip with crostini
There will six seatings over the course of the two days, with ten people per seating.

Cancellation Policy: Reservations are fully refundable up to 24 hours in advance. Please let us know if you need to cancel your reservation so that we may admit guests from the waiting list.
Inclement Weather Policy: If severe winter weather makes cancellation of this event necessary, we will contact you by phone at least 24 hours in advance and a full refund will be issued.
