November 27th is Silver Thread’s annual Noir Friday at the Winegarden!
Bring your friends and family to spend the day after Thanksgiving at the Winegarden! Our annual celebration of red wine is the perfect way to jump start your holiday season.
Noir Friday includes the following activities:
- Doorbuster Sale, 12-1pm ONLY: TBD
- Vintage Release: Taste our newest vintage – 2023 – of the best-selling Blackbird Red! Our cool-climate take on this classic Bordeaux blend is a wine club favorite.
- Fire on the Patio, all day (weather permitting): bring a cozy blanket, order a glass of wine, and enjoy an expansive view of Seneca Lake while you relax by the fire.
- Tastings with the Winemaker, time TBD: Silver Thread co-owner/winemaker Paul Brock will lead the guided tastings at the bar! Stop in and get all your winemaking questions answered while you enjoy five wine samples of your choosing for $15.
- Holiday Wine & Food Pairings: We’ll be kicking off the holiday season with a festive Wine & Food Pairing that features Blanc de Blancs, Estate Riesling, and a Cab Franc blend alongside three perfectly paired snacks. Finish with a raspberry-filled cookie. $40 per person; no reservations required!
