Wine Dinner at The Cellar

We’re partnering with The Cellar in Corning, NY for an extra-special wine pairing dinner! Join Shannon and Paul Brock – Silver Thread owners/winemakers – for a fun, farm-to-table wine pairing dinner at The Cellar Restaurant. Taste elegant, small-batch wines paired with a creative menu by Chef Michael Lanahan.

Tickets will be $130+ per person (age 21+ only). No payments will be made until the night of the event at The Cellar.

Welcome Bite: Bloomy Rind cheese & macerated raspberry, paired with 2019 Blanc de Blancs

First Course: Chilean Sea Bass with apricot ginger puree, cardamom, & basil, paired with 2022 Gewurztraminer

Second Course: Grapevine Smoked Rabbit with 4-pea salad, lardons, blackberry gastrique, berries, & thyme, paired with 2021 Cabernet Franc

Third Course: Pork Chop with fingerling potatoes, sauce robert, & crisp sage, paired with 2022 Riesling Estate & 2022 Good Earth Red Lemberger

Fourth Course: Pizzelle Cannoli with ricotta filling, candied orange, & rosemary, paired with 2022 Riesling Late Harvest Select
