A two-part virtual learning opportunity about your favorite wine: RIESLING! Save-the-dates: Saturday, January 31st & Friday, February 6th Since 2020, Silver Thread co-owners, Shannon and Paul Brock, have led the successful online series known as Riesling Expert. This fun class is great for anyone who loves Riesling, no matter your level of expertise! Shannon and Paul will guide you through topics like style, farming, micro-climates, and more. Learn what makes the Finger Lakes’ signature grape such a special one. An official Riesling Expert wine bundle will be available to purchase online, including the wines we’ll be tasting and focusing on during class.
