Join the Winegarden crew for Italian Night on Sunday, August 16th! If you’ve spent time in Corning, there’s a good chance you’ve enjoyed dining under the enthusiastic direction of Chef Michael Lanahan. Chef Michael has co-owned The Cellar with his wife, Ellen (General Manager) since 2015. Recently they opened a second restaurant just down Market Street: Ellen & Michael’s Osteria & Market, a casual Italian spot featuring recipes handed down through the Italian side of Michael’s family! Chef Michael will be here at the Winegarden to cook a delicious Italian meal featuring his classic recipes with a modern twist. Tickets are $70 per person with the option to add on a $20 wine pairing flight. Drinks may also be ordered a la carte when you arrive for dinner. Have you ever purchased flowers at Wegman’s and thought, how can I make this look like an actual bouquet? You’re not alone! Sign up for this Flower Bouquet Workshop led by Sydney of Fee Fi Fo Flower Farm (Montour Falls, NY) on Thursday, August 27th. $45 includes the cost of the class, all materials necessary for it, excellent instruction, and your first glass of wine. We’ll be learning the basics of creating the perfect bouquet from a local expert! Seats are limited to just 25 people. This is a great way to spend a lovely, late summer evening with your friends and a view of Seneca Lake! Join us to celebrate Silver Thread’s 35th Anniversary! Saturday, September 12th @ 7pm   You’re invited to join Paul, Shannon, and the Silver Thread team for a scenic, Seneca-side dinner in celebration of our 35th anniversary! This delicious, coursed meal – by Chef Tyler LaCroix of Lake Life Catering & The Pleasant Valley Inn – features locally-sourced ingredients and will be paired with several Silver Thread wines including our limited-production sparkling and award-winning, 10-year-old wines from the 2016 vintage. This will be a seated, outdoor dinner on the covered patio at the Silver Thread Winegarden (9564 NY-414 in Lodi). Our Anniversary Dinner is also a fundraiser for the Lodi Community Food Pantry! $10 from every ticket will be donated to this wonderful and necessary local nonprofit.  $130 each; ticket price includes all food, paired wine, donation, and gratuity. *Club members: input your code to get $15 off each ticket!*
