Silver Thread’s 2022 Riesling “Estate Vineyard” Receives TOP WINE at Slow Wine 2025
We’re pleased to announce that the 2022 vintage of our Estate Riesling has been awarded the honor of Top Wine in the 2025 Slow Wine Guide!
The tasting notes in the guide read: “Dried thyme, apricot, lime, and stoniness with a soft, medium-bodied structure from the use of old barrels, lees contact, bottle ageing, and just a touch of residual sugar.”
This vintage is currently available in a 1.5L bottle AND only from our new tasting room, the Winegarden!
Other wines featured in the Slow Wine 2025 Guide include our 2023 Dry Riesling and 2023 Petillant Naturel.
We’re also pleased to announce that Silver Thread Vineyard has received the 2025 Slow Wine Bottle Award! This accolade is granted to wineries “whose bottles represented excellent quality at time of tasting.”
