Winter Wine & Food Pairing Event

Join us February 18, 19 or 20 for a Wine & Food Pairing event in our VIP Wine Cellar Tasting Room. A flight of new release and library selection wines will be paired with a flight of savory appetizers created by Chef Laurel O’Donnell of Putting on the Mitts. Please allow 60 minutes for this experience. Several time slots are available each day. Reservations required. February Club Packs will be available for pickup at the event.
Menu: Sauteed Apple, Pork, Prosciutto & Sage Puff Pastries; Vietnamese Summer Vegetable Rolls with Miso-Ginger Dipping Sauce; Goat Cheese, Roasted Portobello, Asparagus & Caramelized Onion Flatbreads; Flight of wine to include Chardonnay 30th Anniversary Reserve 2020, Riesling STV Estate Vineyard 2015 library selection, Gewurztraminer 2021 and Blackbird Red Wine 2020. (Please note any dietary restrictions in the “order notes” when you reserve tickets.)
Health and Safety: A maximum of six guests will taste at a time to allow for physical distancing between parties. Our fully vaccinated staff wear face coverings at all times. HEPA air filters are employed throughout our building to remove viruses from the air.
Cancellation Policy: Reservations are fully refundable up to 24 hours in advance. Please let us know if you need to cancel your reservation so that we may admit guests from the waiting list.
Inclement Weather Policy: If severe winter weather makes cancellation of this event necessary, we will contact you by phone at least 24 hours in advance and a full refund will be issued.
