Final blend: 56 percent Gridley Bluff Point Vineyard (Keuka Lake), 22 percent Doyle East Seneca Vineyard (Seneca Lake), 17 percent Randolph O’Neill Vineyard (Cayuga Lake), and 5 percent estate grown fruit (Seneca Lake). Fermented and aged in stainless steel.
